I recently changed employers and would like to access my training history from my old employer; however, I no longer have access to the email address. I created this new account with my new employer email address and attempted to add my old email to this account, but I cannot access it to retrieve a code. Any ideas?

Just login to NowLearning and raise a Support call (Click Help Center on the menu top left), they will assist. There is also a good guide on this here:

Hi - thanks for the response. That's part of the issue, I'm unable to raise a Support call. I land on a page that says only authorized email addresses can login, and it give me some links/options. I would love to click on the link to update the email address on my existing ServiceNow ID, however, I can't access that email account anymore, so not sure how I'm supposed to resolve this, if I cannot reach support
- Log in with a different IDUse a different ServiceNow ID to log into Now Support.
- Refer to this KB if you are unable to login to Idea PortalIdea portal is now available to authorized Now Support users only
- Update the email address on your existing ServiceNow IDUse the same email address as your existing Now Support user account.
