refer OOTB BR "mark_resolved" on incident table and create BR similar to that on your Problem Task table

that OOTB BR populates the Business Duration and Calendar Duration when INC is Resolved/Closed

the OOTB BR does work fine

Check the field names you are using are correct, debug by adding logs
