Does anyone know where is code for the pop message on the top for announcements ? I want to add the line break to it.

This is a banner announcement where the text has been written, but I doubt that line breaks will work in this format.
Please check and confirm.

No, this is CSM portal instead of ESC . I only put testing data in announcements table instead of in banner announcement
