I have one the PA dashboard which contains the inc , req and change tabs with different number of widget report tiles added to it and which is scheduled by one day later , as of now the real time report is added to the same dashboard by adding the one more new tab , but the issue here is in the pa tabs the data can be filtered with the assigned groups like m3 , assigned to director and assignment to group manager these groups contains the user names and when ever we select the particular user from particular group will get the exact data of that selected user , but now in the real time report which is added , i am unable to select the user , though i select the different users the data remains same on the dashboard , which is not changing according to the user group
i need to solution for this
