Regarding the reference fields

Hello,The reference fields in the native view has info icon button which upon clicking gives the open record and we can open the record, now for the same reference field in workspace i cannot see the info icon button, how can i configure that in workspace?

I wanted the variables too to show in the same way, for variables icon is been shown, but cannot open the record

@shreya_3009 It's the OOTB feature in the instance.

There is a way you have to make active true in the system property.

There is one system property which you need to set it as true to get open record button on variable on service catalog

Workaround
This is expected behaviour. The open record button on the reference type question is driven by the system property 'glide.sc.variable.reference.clickthrough'. This should be set to true to see the open record button on the popup.
