Referring to Service Now Projects - Logging Risk.
1. What is the definition of Risk Status as listed below:
Pending ?
Achieved ?
Not Achieved ?
Avoid - removing either the vulnerability or the threat involved
Mitigate - reducing the negative impact or probability of likelihood
Transfer - transferring all or part of the liability to another party
Accept - retaining some, or all, of the potential or actual consequences of a risk
2. What is Risk Rank calculation formula?

Pending means that the risk has not materialized but was recognized as a possibility. The project team will be working to analyze the probability, and possible solutions to accept or avoid.
Achieved means that the risk has happened. When you reach this status, the risk is closed and an issue should be raised in relation to the risk. You may also have a decision, change or action related to the closed risk.
Not Achieve means that the risk has not occurred and remains a potential threat to the project. The risk may still occur and remains opened.
