Service Portal duplication issue

Hi Team,

I have created the Help portal as per SP portal configuration, i changed few settings but it still remains the same. Whatever changes I am doing in Help portal, it is getting reflected to SP portal as well. Please suggest which configuration needs to be change to make it different.

I believe they are common for both the oob as well as custom pages
