ServiceNow Admin Fundarmentals (CSA) Exam Voucher

Hi,

I have just completed the ServiceNow Admin Fundamentals course and now I am looking to schedule the exam. I work for a partner company (Leidos Australia). The work says that I should not have to pay for the exam and I should receive a voucher. My profile says "Eligibility for CSA Voucher" Where can I locate the voucher?

Vouchers are no longer available in ServiceNow University. Please refer to the link below for more information about the updated exam process and the transition to the new system:

Hi @AmalJaya,

vouchers were used until November 2025 and stopped being issued after that.

Now you complete the course and in the end of that you can register to an exam (subject of payment - USD or learning credits) and once you do then there's 90 days period to schedule and take that exam.

If you are an employee of ServiceNow partner than you might be allowed to use the learning credits, each partner company has dedicated pool of credits that is calculated as per their contract, that is why each partner can have different conditions...

You can ask somebody in your organisation, there's always some person or two who are handling trainings, exams and partner portal access.
