Hi Folks,
Good day!
I have successfully completed the CSA course on Now Learning (ServiceNow University) and am ready to attempt the CSA Certification exam.
However, after completing the course, I have not yet received the certification exam voucher. Could you please guide me on how to obtain the voucher so that I can schedule and appear for the CSA certification exam?

ServiceNow exam platform (Webassessor) has been replaced by Pearson VUE and with that no vouchers will be issued anymore.
You simply need to pay the fee and schedule the exam. If you are not working with a partner company, you will need to pay the full exam fee of $300 plus taxes. If you are working with a partner company, then the exam may be free of cost, depending on your company’s agreement with SN.

To "claim" your exam follow the following steps:
1. Go to Now Learning → My Learning → click "My Exams" icon next to your profile picture.
2. Register for the exam if you're ready to take it within the next 90 days, if necessary pay the fee.
3. Once done you can schedule your exam
To reschedule or enter the exam you can follow the same steps.
