Section 4 Associate the HHD with Service Offering

When attempting to run the filter, no available CIs list appears?  The filter does not seem to be working?  What am I missing?  I remove the filter condition (Class  is a  UNIX Server) and still nothing.  

 

Also, ServiceNow assumes that we are have all the previous LABs correct.  In the beginning there used to be a "PASS FAIL"  notification.   I have followed all instructions for this instance up to this point.  

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

perhaps a silly question but I gotta ask it.. have you clicked the Run filter button?

Sometimes this doesn't seem to be really intuitive. Let me know if the issue was still actual even after clicking it..

Yes I have clicked the Run Filter Button and no results

Did you Remove the filter condition before running the filter? I just did this step and everything populated correctly when I searched for Infinity under Available CIs.
