Hi Team,
I am currently unable to access my ServiceNow instance. Whenever I try to open the instance URL, I receive the following error:
Error: 502 Bad Gateway
Message: snow_adc
In some cases, I also see a message saying "We are having trouble opening your instance due to an internal error."
I have tried refreshing the page, clearing cache, using different browsers, and different networks, but the issue still persists.
Could you please confirm if this is a platform-side issue and suggest how to resolve it?

If this is a customer instance, contact NowSupport.
If it is your PDI: these are unsupported. I am able to use mine at the moment.
Try to refresh the instance from the developer site or release it and ask for a new one.

Hi @MACHARLASAG
My PDI is working fine. Wait for some time . at least 24 hours.
If still it is not working Release the instance and request for new instance.
There is no support available for PDI.
Meanwhile , please try to login in incognito window/InPrivate browser.
