Is there a way to create a report in ServiceNow that compares my target versus actual achievements? For instance, if my INCIDENT SLA Target is 90% and I achieved 88%, how can I display this in a report?

Hi @mayurelbhar
So what you said, 90% is your KPI and what you received is actual. What exactly do you want to achieve? You can create a KPI of 90% and then run a report in SLA and see where SLA is 90% or less.

Hi Atul,
That was an example. My question is related to the visualization and I have found my answer. What I want achieve is possible with the performance analytics subscription.
I appreciate your response though! Thank you!

Hi @mayurelbhar
Yes, you can achieve this via PA , create KPI and then with indicators and other reports you can get the records.
Good luck mate, Keep sharing your knowledge.
