Hi @siddharth26
The reason is Admin (logged in user ) is not part of any group. Add the admin in Service Desk group and reload the SOW.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
