Source Control for new revamped ServiceNow Studio - git integration

The revamped ServiceNow Studio is great, however it's missing one the fundamental feature for modern development that is Source Control, we thought we want to move away from Update Sets eventually. It's sad to see that it doesn't have source control integration (Git).

I tried to open existing application that has source control integration with legacy ServiceNow Studio, but could not locate source control integration.

has anyone figure it our? Are there plan to have Git integration in future similar to legacy one?

As pointed here https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-blog/zurich-features-for-developers/ba-p/3326661. The feature is now available in Zurich release, servicenow Studio has to be upgraded to v28.1.2 or latest. The "source control" is visible in application details.

We have the same issue, looks like we will be sticking with Legacy Studio until this ommission is fixed.

It would be helpful to hear from ServiceNow on this. Why is the Source Control feature in not included with ServiceNow Studio? Are there plans to add it in the future? What is the migration guidance for applications created in Studio that were linked to Source control?
