Can anyone please help me how to achieve this?
The eNPS survey is currently configured to trigger every 30 days. On the back of feedback that this is too frequent, please update to the following:
Survey should be triggered every 5 months if the survey is completed, but for those who do not answer we move to a frequency of 3 months. Please ensure the trigger date is still relative to the last time the user completed the survey and that we do not start over with dates. This is very important so we do not lose the current distribution of survey dates.
Please also ensure that the survey continues to be triggered for new starters for the first time 30 days after their first login. After that they should follow the 5 month/3 month rule.
