Task 05: Create Related Records

As per the ITSM implementer fundamentals (Yokohama) can someone let me know what i am doing wrong in task 05.

I went to the incident i created in task 04.

I assigned to the correct user and group.

I updated from email to the above.

I have created the change request in related records. However, how do i set it to priority 1-critical?

This is the only thing i can say i have not done. Please help

Ho @nicoleowens 

To add the Priority field on the SOW form:

  1. Open a change record in Active view.

  2. Switch the view to SOW.

  3. Right-click on the form header to open the context menu.

  4. Select Configure → Form Layout.

  5. Move the Priority field from the left (available fields) to the right (selected fields).

  6. Save the changes.

  7. Return to the SOW form and verify that the Priority field is visible.

Hi @GlideFather 

In Change, it is different — we can update the priority directly, as there isn’t a priority lookup available for Change.

@Dr Atul G- LNG you're right, I overlooked the fact it was a change request... what I described is for incident...

 

Also, your screenshot is from backend native UI, they are trying it in SOW and OOTB there's no Priority field on the form...

The question isn’t about the field being on the form or not, it’s about the priority . What was shared applies to the native view, and I assume the labs are still on the native view, not on SOW
