Thanks for the solution. 

Notice the numbering formatting in the article needs cleanup. Flag the article and notify the owner that: The first procedure needs numbering corrected.

3. Add a comment to the article: Can we have a similar article for Outlook 365?

There is one flag button clink on add reason:- numbering corrected and leave comment- Can we have a similar article for Outlook 365?
