I want Risk  and Compliance should be look like IT. Like Drop down while clicking on it but i'm getting different view. Why is it.

I’m not 100% sure, but what I think is that it’s by design, and since R&C has fewer subtopics, that’s why it opens that page. You can check the Mega menu configuration for this, but I believe it’s expected behavior. Try adding more topics and then see if it changes.
