Hello @SrideviS9990372 ,
Open record producer and make sure the table is populated, it exists, available in service portal is checked, catalog & category is assigned. Make sure the record producer is in the same scope.
Test it by giving: /sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=YOUR_RECORD_PRODUCER_SYS_ID
The error comes from gr.setTableName(table); where table is empty.
Check and try again.

In Service portal if you have made some changes to some widget and it's causing this issue then
check the logs for error message contains GlideRecord.setTableName and
check for the source of that log.
You will find out the root cause. you can share your widget details, so that we can help you as well
