You can check below places to find about the CI:
Check the CI lifecycle state: Look for records marked as Retired or Inactive in the CMDB. They may not show up in the main CI list but still exist.
Audit logs: Review update history or audit logs in ServiceNow to see if the CI was deleted or modified.
Archived tables: Verify if your organization uses an archive table for decommissioned CIs
