The SCTASKs from other catalogs are getting impacted when i cancel SCTASK from only one catalog

yes, i have checked workflow, but workflow is correct only, flow associated means i didn't get that could you please let me know what exactly it is?

I meant the flow designer.

Is there flow that is running on the catalog item?

Actually, we are not at all using Flow designer.

This issue happening only in production not in quality so what else thing i have to check please anyone suggest on this
