Hi Team,
I have the scenario:
I want to create new metrics definition for to calculate total on hold duration and the support group who placed on hold and how much time that support groups placed on hold.
I have created the new metrics definition, but it is not reflecting in metric instances. I tried by using metric definition script calculation and also tried with business rule but still not reflecting in metrics instances.
what could be the reason?
anything more need to do or activate something.
Please help me with proper solution.
