Unable to create a servicenow pdi for every versions.

Hello Community,

I recently purchased a ServiceNow course, and the first step involves creating a ServiceNow account and a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) for practice.

However, I am facing an issue while creating the PDI. Even after trying multiple times and creating a new account, I continue to receive the following error message:

"We are unable to create a Personal Developer Instance for you. Please retry."

I have already tried the common troubleshooting steps, including creating a new account, but the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem or knows how to resolve it? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi @PrayagS

Don't worry, it's normal these days. Try to get a lower instance, preferably Zurich or below, and then upgrade to the latest version. The upgrade typically takes 3–4 hours

Hi @PrayagS

  • Do not select the absolute latest release. Instead, request an older or stable version (such as Zurich).
  • Once your instance is successfully created, you can easily upgrade it to the latest release in your instance dashboard.
  •  If you still face errors, wait a few hours and retry your request, as pools of available instances are periodically refreshed

There is no support  available for PDI .
