Unable to create custom application in PDI

Hi,

I tried creating a custom application in PDI and unable to move forward as I can see this error and even tried some work arounds posted in the community. Still facing the same issue.

This is the error I have been seeing in the instance.

Cannot decode: java.io.StringReader@499f981c Check logs for error trace or enable glide.rest.debug property to verify REST request processing

Any one has this issue and resolved ?

Thanks.

@snow_p

it's happening with lot of other members as well.

Release that instance and obtain a new one

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

I tried this earlier and tried now too. Still facing the same issue.

@snow_p

is this for PDI?

if yes then PDIs are unstable and you can try to get another PDI

If it's for customer instance then raise a case with ServiceNow team.

yes, this is for pdi but as a part of nowlearning instance. I have enrolled for a course and as a part of this learning, the instance is created and I'm facing this issue.
