Generating Duplicate RITMS

100 service requests tickets just showed up in the queue, 35 of which appear to be duplicate RITM's. duplicate RITMs are being created across unrelated requests, potentially linking incorrect users. when i tested it from my end only one RITM is creating.

Check for Scheduled Jobs, Flows, Business Rules, or Inbound Actions that might be creating RITMs programmatically.
Also review IntegrationHub spokes, email ingestion, or external APIs that could be calling the Service Catalog API multiple times.
