Unable to create custom application in PDI.

Its showing the error message as below:
Cannot decode: java.io.StringReader@1b1b48d2 Check logs for error trace or enable glide.rest.debug property to verify REST request processing
Tried solutions provided in community but still facing an issue.

Hi!
Apparently, it's happening for all PDIs. I've tried in 4 different PDIs even the recently requested.
I think we need some action of ServiceNow to solve this issue.

Try to repair the plugin AES if it still does not work, then release the instance and take a new one and then try.

Hi!
Just doing an update... I tested here in my PDI and it's working to create new scoped applications. I didn't do anything to solve it. Probably it was some issue on ServiceNow's side but now it's solved. It wasn't necessary request new PDI.
