Unable to create custom application in PDI

Hi,

I tried creating a custom application in PDI and unable to move forward as I can see this error and even tried some work arounds posted in the community. Still facing the same issue.

This is the error I have been seeing in the instance.

Cannot decode: java.io.StringReader@499f981c Check logs for error trace or enable glide.rest.debug property to verify REST request processing

Any one has this issue and resolved ?

Thanks.

@snow_p

it's happening with lot of other members as well.

Release that instance and obtain a new one

Hi!

Apparently, it's happening for all PDIs. I've tried in 4 different PDIs even the recently requested.

I think we need some action of ServiceNow to solve this issue.

Hi @Joatan Fontoura

Looks like it is working now. I just tried to create a scoped app and it didn't show me any error.

May be ServiceNow fixed it now.

Hi!
Just doing an update... I tested here in my PDI and it's working to create new scoped applications. I didn't do anything to solve it. Probably it was some issue on ServiceNow's side but now it's solved. It wasn't necessary request new PDI.
Thank you!
