Hi @HansikaM
It's better to reset instance if there's no data loss on your end. A screenshot has already been shared by the expert. @SD_Chandan @Nikhil Bajaj9 @Bhuvan

Hi @HansikaM,
This usually happens if your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) has expired/reassigned or the registered email was changed. Please try the following steps:
Login to the Developer Portal https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home
Sign in with the same email ID you used when requesting your instance.Check Manage Instance
If the instance is not listed that means it was reclaimed due to inactivity. In this case, release the old one and request a new instance
There’s also a related discussion: https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/restoring-developer-instance/m-p/1653162? where other developers faced the same issue.
Thanks & Regards,
Muhammad Iftikhar

Hi @HansikaM , It seems like you had enabled multi factor authentication or not I had the same problem as you do when MFA was not introduced for the PDI so for your PDI and you have been locked out somehow. Unfortunately there is no way out of this as the email address given is a dummy email address.
Workaround- You will have to release the PDI from developers landing page and get a new one. Resetting also won't help.
If this solution helped you Please Mark this solution as accepted and helpful as it will be helpful for other users and readers as well.
Best Regards.
