Unable to Reset Password for Dev Instance Due to MFA Phone Number

I’m unable to reset the password for my ServiceNow developer instance (dev317629.service-now.com) because the MFA phone number on my account is incorrect.

The current number on file (90474058550) is a business landline and cannot receive SMS verification codes. Please help me update my MFA phone number to 9043152805 so I can receive the verification code and complete my password reset.

Option2 :

Check this post : using postman, you can turn off MFA for your user.
