Hi all,
There is a custom application that I built through ServiceNow studio. I uninstalled it from my instance, but it has been more than 2 hours and it is still being shown as 'Installed' in 'My Company Applications' whereas it was successfully deleted. None of the files within it exist in the system anymore but still I'm having this issue in My Company Applications.

sometimes the associated files/records don't get deleted and hence it still shows
check "sys_remote_app" and if you find entries there for your app then delete and check

Hi Ankur, in my case, you had the solution. The record however cannot be deleted, the delete option is grayed out. I'm going to try deleting it with a script, see what happens.

No, that record appears impossible to delete and probably rightfully so: it represents the app as it exists in our company repo. My only problem is that I uninstalled the app, but it's still showing as installed in the My Company Applications screen. I don't know what record is responsible for this "installed" state, but it's wrong.

Did you ever get this resolved? If so, what's the fix? We have uninstalled a custom app from our UAT instance but it still shows listed under installed. When you select the record however it shows "Record not found".

I had the same issue and ended up creating a Support Case. They told me to run the following as a global background script in my instance:
new AppManagerCache().deleteAllCache();
After I ran that function, I went back to "My Company Applications" and reloaded the page. It worked fine after that!
@soumyadeep10 @LaShandraS Hope that helps!
