Hi team ,

I need a help on this , Need to raise general service request from virtual agent (its oob topic need to configure it )catalog item .Please let me know if everyone known about it .

Did you enable that topic or where you stuck. As it is OOTB so you can use it.

you cannot edit OOB virtual agent topic.

You can duplicate that and then make changes to it as per your customer requirement.
