go to UX banner announcements and set End value to past date

I think this is the announce name there in your instance too

That is announcements on banner, if you want to inactive it please go to 

Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Banner Announcement.

check that announcement that are showing on banner and mark inactive.
