Tags in the Incident table are labels used to categorize, organize, search, and filter incidents.

 

Example: VPN, Network, Critical.

ahoy @praveensnow9984,

 

tags are for any table, not exclusively the Incident.

 

You can add a column with Tags:

And then you can create new or reuse existing ones.
