Workspace Format Option Not Available During App Creation in Studio

When I'm trying to create a new application in ServiceNow Studio, and I noticed that only Mobile and Classic formats are shown during the app creation process. I was expecting to also see the Workspace option here:
Do I need to enable any specific plugin, or App Engine Studio setting for the Workspace option during app creation?

Are you checking only under the experience? Try repairing the App Engine Studio plugin once.

Yes, I am checking under Experience, and I do have the Workspace option available there.
I’m currently using the Xanadu version. However, the issue I'm facing is that my application is not showing up in the All Workspaces list.
I have tried repairing the App Engine Studio plugin, but the app still doesn't appear when i am creating the application in Servicenow studio, only classic and mobile were available.
