Zing to AI Search Migration

Hi guys, 
We have a requirement of migrating global search from Zing to AI search through Guided Setup. But, we have to enable it in other instances via script. Is there any way we can do it?

Its very much okay to have production support deploy update sets AND / OR do some manual activities in prod on request or change request. 

Every company i have ever worked for had that.
