Ability to Control User Visibility on Product Offerings

I am new to SOM.

I am setting up a Product Offering Catalog, Product Offering Categories, and Product Offerings.

Is there a way to control who can see which Product Offering, same as we do for Catalog Items?

You can do it using Eligibility Rules and Decision Tables.
