I am new to OMT in ServiceNow . I have created Product catalogs and Product Offerings under that catalog on our ServiceNow instance. As an Admin, under the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace I am able to place order from published offerings using Add/Customize button But when as a customer user with role sn_customerservice.customer is accessing from Business Portal, product offerings are visible under Product Catalog but Add/Customize button is not visible(screenshot attached).. Can someone help on this?

Could you please check the system property 'com.glide.cs.advanced-chat-popover'? If this is true, please set this to false and try again in a new session for the business portal.
