I am using the latest version (FY24Q4 release) of SOMT (Sales and Order Management for Telecom) with OOB.
I have been checking this feature since the community announced that it is possible to create sales agreements for configurable and bundled products and services.
I completed the quote with the "Enable sales agreement quote" flag enabled and then clicked the "Create Sales Agreement" button. However, I encountered the following error.
"Unable to create sales agreement. Contact your system administrator."
The situation is the same when implemented by the administrator.
Additionally, In this process, I selected the "VPN Package" from the catalog. And then the VPN type changed to a "checkbox," whereas it is originally a "radio button" (VPN Package is demo data).
Can anyone provide a solution for this issue? Or is it that "Sales Agreement from Quote" cannot be used for offers with Product Specifications (for Telecom)?
