Select options automatically when only one choice is available

Hello Community,

How can I ensure that an option is automatically selected if there's only one choice available when choosing in the Product Catalog?
Now,I have to make a choice every time.

You can make that characteristic option the default, which will select that automatically.

I use Washington version,but I can't select automatically.

Is it originally designed to be selectable by default?

I assume you are using SOM - and are capturing a Quote or an order using the product configurator.  In the configuration of the ProductOfferingCharacteristics, you have three choices for each characteristic.

- CustomerInputRequired (set this to 'true'), 

- Mandatory (likely set to 'true')

- default (here is your key - set the one choice you want defaulted to true)
