SOM - Display of product offerings catalog loads indefinitely

Hi everyone !

I'm trying to build a catalog of product offerings, on my PDI Instance.

I've created a product catalog (very simple), added a category, and created a product offering.

All these elements have been published.

Now, I want to see them in the business portal, but unfortunatly, I have the Waiting icon which is displayed indefinitely 😞

Has anyone any idea on what's happening ?

Hi @mathieu_brule ,

Could you share the screenshot that shows the waiting icon?
That would help me understand what is happening.

I guess you have not granted the role necessary to access the Business Portal.

Note that I'm excpecting this result (in another instance) : 

As you can see, I can browse the product offerings catalogs, and my product offerings, as in a classical SC Catalog, but in business portal side 🙂

Thank you for sharing additional information.

It seems like a bug from my point of view so I'll recommend you to raise a ticket to now support.
