SOM - Display of product offerings catalog loads indefinitely

Hi everyone !


I'm trying to build a catalog of product offerings, on my PDI Instance.


I've created a product catalog (very simple), added a category, and created a product offering.

All these elements have been published.


Now, I want to see them in the business portal, but unfortunatly, I have the Waiting icon which is displayed indefinitely 😞


Has anyone any idea on what's happening ?

Hi @mathieu_brule ,

 

Check if in user criteria you gave the proper roles/criteria and if you have added this catalog item in SP/ESC (Using associated content/topic etc). if these thing are fine then it should load perfectly.

The portal I'm using is neither SP nor ESC, but business portal, also dedicated to customers (and not to internal employees as it should be for SP or ESC portals.

 

Moreover, I don't use SC Catalog, but my product offerings catalog (sn_prd_pm_product_offering_catalog table)
