Adding and removing an approver for Facilities requests

Hello, I am trying to add user Steve M as an approver. In the screenshot, I want Nick L to be replaced with Steve M. Where would I go to make Steve an approver for facilities requests on a default basis? I also need to remove Nick as an approver. Steve should show up with Tim's name by default.
