Hi,
on the financials tab of the investment portal, there are three possible breakdown columns (Actual, Functional cost, Variance).
Is it possible to add more breakdowns, which are available on Cost plan breakdown level or as widgets, e.g. Budget or Target?
The investment portal is useful, because it has the possibility to show aggregated financial data per fiscal year or quarter. I received a requirement to add aggregated Budget and Target per Fiscal year to the view, but haven't figured out whether this is possible.

Hi,
Investment Portal doesn't support configuring additional breakdown column. Please submit FTask or Innovation Idea for it so that it will be considered for future release.

Hi Yogesh,
I was just exploring Investment Portal I found this question on community, I want to know that in the Financials tab(Investment Portal) - We have breakdown columns like Functional cost, Actual and Variance.
Upon using investment portal, in the Actual breakdown column for every project i am getting '0', i don't find the non zero actuals for the Fiscal Periods.
Am I missing any logic or functionality of the breakdown column - Actual.
Please let me know.
ThankYou
Ramananth

Actuals amount get recorded against a Cost Plan for a specific Fiscal Period/Month when a expense line gets created for the same.
Just to verify, please follow below steps
1. Go to a project record
2. Find "Expense Lines" related list and click on "New"
3. Update "Cost Plan" field with one of the cost plan record from respective project.
4. Submit
5. Open Same expense line and update State to "Processed"
6. Now go to Investment Portal and make sure you select above Project as part of Board query
7. Observer that Actuals should be available under Financials Tab for corresponding Cost Plan & Fiscal Period/Month.
Hope it helps
