Case Task Issue

Hi,

I am facing issue(screenshot attached) while creating a task, also I filled with Parent field value and parent Case value but still after clicking the submit button, this popup came.

 

Any suggestions ?

This error indicates that "CSMCaseTaskManagementConstants" script include that is called from a business rule is missing in your instance. Maybe some plugin has not been activated.

Thank you for your quick response. Do you have any idea which plugin/s might be missing here ?

I checked from my end and don't have any missing plugin of CSM.

It is part of the Customer Service application and should have been installed together with the business rule that is using it. If that script include is indeed missing from your instance, I would suggest opening a support case with ServiceNow. Either something went wrong during the plugin activation or the script include got deleted at some point.
