I've been unable to change the Form view on Stories from Scrum to any other view. I'm doing this as admin and have verified that no View rule exists on rm_story. Is there some global script/setting that is controlling this behavior?

I don't think that's it. The records you are showing are from the sys_ui_form table which is where multiple Form views for a table are stored. For rm_story, we added the "SN Team" view but we can't change to it or Default view. However, there are multiple views on other tables, such as catalog_ui_policy, and we can change views on those. The problem seems isolated to SDLC world.

Hi Bud,
Possible cause of this is view rule. Even I had no option for changing view but I disabled all View Rule relating to story & I was able to see the View option.

I verified that there are no View rules in effect. I've since evaluated this on my personal instance where it works. Since my personal instance is far more OOTB, I'm going to open an incident with HI.
Thanks for your input.
