Hi, we have been using SPM for about 10+ months now and wanting to expand into the Strategic Planning Workspace. If we review the Product setup from Agile 2.0 perspective, vs how this could be used from Product feedback, Goals, Roadmaps and more, we would like to understand how configurable this might be, and where Product fits into the bigger CSDM structure. We are using Product as our client facing components, so business functions and would like to manage them more like a Business Service or Technical service. Where can we get more information on the actual setup of the Product structure, how that relates to the various components of SPM, and how that links through to CSDM?
