Hi Everyone,
We are exploring the Collaborative Work Management (CWM) Workspace for Agile Planning and Sprint Tracking. On the CWM Dashboard, we can see charts such as Sprint Burnup, Sprint Burndown, etc.
However, we have been unable to identify where these charts are configured or how their underlying data is retrieved.
We've tried looking for reports, widgets, indicators but found nothing. All we know is the sn_cwm_dashboard and sn_cwm_dashboard_widget tables, which contain dashboard and widget-related records.
Although we have identified the widget records, we have not yet determined how the charts are generated and where is the data sources and aggregation logic defined.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Hi @ShaidaC
Most widgets are shown based on the data of the Board itself.
The widgets which need historical information (like sprint burndown and burn up, etc..) are supported using a scheduled job. This collects sprint information to support these agile widgets.

Is there a specific widget you would like to understand more?
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
Best Regards,

Hi @Sunil B N ,
Thank you for your response.
Could you please provide some further guidance on how these widgets are configured in ServiceNow?
Specifically, we are trying to understand whether the Sprint Burnup and Sprint Burndown charts are implemented using standard ServiceNow widgets, custom UI components or server-side scripts.
Thank you for your help!
