hI,
I am looking to link my Demand record to my Change record once my Demand record is approved. When it is approved, I want to send an email to the stakeholder(s) telling them to open a requisite change record to reflect their demand record change(s). In order to ensure the accuracy of my CR, I'd like to establish a 'relationship' between the DR and CR.
Does my change initiator need to have a Demand license (in addition to their ITIL license) in order to establish the DR > CR relationship in the change record?
Thanks

Hi Georgen,
From the last licensing guide for Kingston, it seems you need a planner license in order to view all demands and edit them (to establish the DR > CR relationship).

Hi Georgen,
In order to make a link between a demand and a change, by default, you have to choose the operational category and the change type as shown bellow.
After that, you will see a related link that allows you to create and link a change request to that demand.
So, in order to do that, you must view and edit your demand.
If you take a look at the table I shared before, you need a planner license to do so.
