email notification to prevent generating emails to guest@example.com and test@xyz.com

Can you please help me on how to prevent generating emails to specific email id in servicenow.but other should work properly.Is there any specific way that we can stop email to guest@example.com are generating some performance issue.

There is also a field called Notification on sys_user.  If the email addresses you're looking to omit are associated with user records, you should be able to set the Notification field to Disable.
