I am experimenting with Resource Assignments in the Washington DC version for ServiceNOW. We have resource assignments enabled, Employee Profiles setup etc.
In the New Project Workspace, I have a project where I have converted the Resource Plans to Resource Assignments. I can toggle to add or view resource assignments in the bottom pane. It works fine if I want to assign to a Resource Group. (by picking a Group in the group field). However, when I try to make a resource assignment to an individual User (by selecting a User name in the Resource Field) the line just gets blanked out. I do not recieve and error and the line I added does not stay on the screen. As anyone else experienced this behavior? Is there a setting that needs to be turned on. I 've tried in multiple browsers but get the same behavior.
Any help would be appreciated.
